- Position Pack Members in areas they are able to communicate to Guests about the outage.
- Establish a plan for activities and communication to Guests by Zingle (if available) or use of a Communication Board. Click Here for Zingle scripted communication.
- Flashlights distributed and water made available.
Escalate
- Verify the GM/RVP and Corporate Risk have been notified.
- Collaborate with appropriate Corporate Pack on communication for incoming Guests to notify them of the power outage and estimated closure times.
Review
- Evaluate Guest impact and approach to compensation or reallocation of Guests as needed.
- Verify that an Incident Report has been completed and witness statements written if needed.
- Confirm that all equipment successfully came back online.
