Investigate

Communicate
- If it is deemed an injury that only requires minor first aid treatment (Code 1) and you do not have a first aid kit, call a Code 1 on the radio and state your location.
- For an injury that requires medical attention beyond minor first aid (Code 2) call Aquatics (510) on their channel letting them know you have a Code 2 and state your location.
- If it is a serious or life-threatening emergency (Code 3) call 911. On the ALL CALL channel call out a Code 3 and state your location.
React
- If there is anything making the scene unsafe (gas, glass, fire, electrical, are a few examples) remain at a safe distance until advanced medical arrives.
- Assist with crowd control by directing Guests away from the serious emergency and trying to maintain privacy of the affected party to the extent possible.
