Escalate
- Verify that the GM/RVP and Corporate Risk have been notified.
- If the situation involves a Pack Member and alcohol, the Director of Human Resources and the Department Director should be contacted.
Review
- If alcohol was served follow up with the Food & Beverage team.
- Verify that an Incident Report has been completed. All witness statement should be gathered.
- CCTV and/or EAVS footage, if available, should be saved.
- Evaluate Guest impact.
