Escalate
- If EMS is called, the GM/RVP and Corporate Risk should be notified when you are able to, through the Emergency Communication Channel.
- If injury occurred on an attraction that now needs to be closed for extended period of time, evaluate with the GM any notifications that may need to be made.
Review
- MOD and Aquatics (510) should determine who will be following up with the Guest.
- Provide support for the affected family.
- Follow up with any Pack Members impacted by the incident.
- Evaluate Guest impact and approach to compensation or reallocation of guests as needed.
- Verify that an Incident Report has been completed. All witness statements should be gathered.
- CCTV/EAVS footage, if available should be saved.
