Escalate

  • If EMS is called, the GM/RVP and Corporate Risk should be notified when you are able to, through the Emergency Communication Channel. 
  • If injury occurred on an attraction that now needs to be closed for extended period of time, evaluate with the GM any notifications that may need to be made.

Review

  • MOD and Aquatics (510) should determine who will be following up with the Guest. 
  • Provide support for the affected family.
  • Follow up with any Pack Members impacted by the incident.   
  • Evaluate Guest impact and approach to compensation or reallocation of guests as needed.
  • Verify that an Incident Report has been completed.  All witness statements should be gathered.  
  • CCTV/EAVS footage, if available should be saved.
