React
- Partner with Security to watch CCTV/EAVS camera system to track individual.
- If Security/MOD determines that the report is correct, and an illegal or inappropriate act by a Guest has taken place, they should contact law enforcement and attempt to maintain knowledge of the offender's location within the Lodge until law enforcement arrives. If Security/MOD determines that an illegal or inappropriate act by a Pack Member has taken place, they should consult with HR to make a determination on contacting law enforcement.
- If Law Enforcement needs to be contacted ensure the area is secure and other Guests are not impacted by this situation while waiting for law enforcement to arrive or upon its arrival.
- Follow up with the Pack Member that was affected letting them know of the actions taken.
Escalate
- Verify GM/RVP and Corporate Risk have been notified.
Review
- Evaluate Guest impact and approach to compensation or reallocation of guests as needed.
- Verify that an Incident Report has been completed. All witness statements should be gathered.
- CCTV and/or EAVS footage, if available should be saved.
